Pilates is a system of exercises that is geared toward creating long, strong muscles while teaching your mind to concentrate, focus and coordinate the movements. It is a full mind/body session!

Improve your posture

I'll teach you how to stand taller! Improving posture and alignment of the skeleton is a part of the work. Feel more confident.

Breathe better

Better breathing habits! Breath is as foundational to life as are water and food. While breathing is second nature, how you breath can reduce stress and tension, improve sleep and your digestion too.

Challenge yourself

Pilates is appropriate for all levels, from the beginner to professional athletes. It’s great too for anyone preparing for, or recovering from, childbirth and is gentle enough on joints to help rehabilitate many injuries like back pain, shoulder impingements, prior surgeries, etc. The session might be ‘hard’ but it should never be painful.

Recommended Attire

Wear form fitting clothes that are easy to move in.
